Because Scott Morrison refused Asset Energy's request for a licence extension while he was secretly the resources minister, that decision has been erased and has now been put to the current federal resources minister Madeleine King.

We need to come together again with our community to demonstrate our clear and strong opposition to any offshore gas exploration off our coast.

The Protect our Coast Alliance has drawn together political speakers from several parties in a rare show of unity. Labor, Liberal, Green and Socialist Alliance representatives will all be speaking on the day.
