Invitation to join a delegation to Greg Combets office re Julian Assange
DELEGATION TO GREG COMBETS OFFICE, to defend the rights of JULIAN ASSANGE, on Friday, JUNE 1, at 9.15am.
The UK Supreme Court will decide whether or not Julian Assange is to be extradited to Sweden on May 30, at 9:15AM. The proceedings will be open to the public and will also be live-streamed via the Sky website. If the court rules to extradite Mr Assange, he will be sent to Sweden within 10 days.
On Friday next, 1 June at 9:15am, a peaceful delegation of concerned citizens led by Lake Macquarie residents Janet & Frank Scaysbrook will attend the office of Greg Combet MP at 342 Main Rd, Cardiff to seek Mr Combet’s assurances that the Australian government will not capitulate to any US demands that Australian citizen Julian Assange be extradited from any country to the U.S to face any charges relating to his work as Editor-in-Chief in the WikiLeaks organisation.
They invite you to join them, swell the numbers and show Mr Combet and the Labor government the level of concern among his constituents, and the Hunter community, for the human rights of a fellow Australian.
Janet & Frank Scaysbrook
